The 2018 Downtown Community Improvement Plan (CIP) is a series of funding incentives available to property and business owners within the approved CIP Area. These funding incentives are designed to support eligible commercial projects such as interior and/or exterior work, new builds, expansions, and landscaping. This program is available all year round depending on the amount of funding remaining and encourages the development of underutilized properties and buildings.
