Residents are advised that the Public Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, July 6, 2022, for a development proposed at 3852 Ganaraska Road in Garden Hill is cancelled. Following agency circulation, additional information is expected to be received on the application, which will be included in the future meeting materials.
The Public Meeting will be re-scheduled in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act and will be broadly advertised at least 20 days prior to the new Meeting date once it is confirmed. It is expected that the re-scheduled Public Meeting will be held in-person at Town Hall unless otherwise directed by public health.
It is important to note that at the Public Meeting, no staff recommendation or Council decision is made. The details of the proposed development are provided at this time for information only. The decision meeting for this application will be scheduled later in the year.
A reminder that residents can always provide comments and feedback or ask questions about the application in writing until a decision is made on the application.
