Delegation from Port Hope and District Chamber of Commerce
A delegation was made by the Chief Executive Officer of the Port Hope and District Chamber of Commerce on the 2021 – 2024 Strategic Plan.
Staff Reporting Structure
Council authorized a realignment of the reporting relationship for staff who are members of the Municipal Project Staff (MPS) Team. MPS staff will now report to the Chief Administrative Officer and any previously delegated authority provided to the Municipal Project Staff Team Leader in the absence of the Chief Administrative Officer is removed.
Committee of Adjustment Meeting Dates
Council adopted the 2021 meeting dates and submission deadlines for applications to the Committee of Adjustment.

Minutes from the Council meeting will be available pending approval at the next Council meeting on Tuesday, January 19, 2021, at which point they will become the official record of the meeting.
