Water and Wastewater Billing Notice

We appreciate your patience as we work through the billing error that occurred with some of the water and wastewater utility bills. We have identified the bills impacted and revised bills have been issued and sent by mail. Residents can expect to receive these revised bills the week of October 4. If you have concerns regarding your bill and haven’t received a revised bill by Friday, October 8, please contact the Finance Department.
Residents are advised of a billing error that occurred with some water and wastewater utility bills sent out earlier this week. While it appears the majority of bills issued are correct, we are reviewing the situation with technical support from our software provider to determine the cause and extent of the impact.
Those who are impacted will be notified of the error and their account will be corrected.
