Residents are advised that a portion of the Cochingomink Trail from behind the Library to Walton Street, will be closed from October 17 to 28, 2022. This closure is to accommodate Elexicon Energy as they excavate and replace poles in the area. Pedestrians will need to walk along Queen Street to Walton Street to by-pass this closure.
This work is part of a broader pole replacement project in the area. Elexicon Energy will be storing materials in the Lakeland parking lot (south of Town Hall) for the duration of the project. Parking in this lot may also be inaccessible.
