Residents are advised that a Special Meeting of Council will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. for Council to consider the 2025 Community Grant and Donation submissions, following the Development Charges Public Meeting, which begins at 5:00 p.m.
At the Meeting, Council Members will review and consider the 2025 Community Grant and Donation submissions and provide feedback and recommendations to staff. The documents that Council will be considering for this meeting are available on our 2025 Budget community engagement webpage.
The Special Council Meeting to consider the 2025 Community Grant and Donation submissions will take place in Council Chambers, 56 Queen St, Port Hope.
