Residents are advised that a Special Council meeting will be held on Monday, July 6, 2020 at 5:00 p.m., via web conference, to proceed In Camera (closed session) in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O., c.25 in order to address a matter pertaining to labour relations or employee negotiations - Section 239 (2)(d).
Council members will be participating in the interview process for the Chief Administrative Officer position that will be closed to the members of the public.
Prior to the closed session, Council will publicly open the meeting. A resolution must be passed before Council moves into a closed session. Once this has been done, the public portion of the meeting will end, and the closed session will begin. The closed session is not available for public viewing or participation.
