Site Plan Approval Application - Henderson Street
As part of the Municipality’s ongoing efforts to provide updates to the community, we are pleased to share notice of a Site Plan Application from the agent D. G. Biddle and Associated Limited on behalf of the applicant 1413369 Ontario Ltd for lands in the Business Park, municipally known as 85-95 Henderson Street. A sign will also be posted on the lands subject to the proposed development.
The application seeks approval for the development of a 1,998.48 m2 (GFA) one-storey industrial building with associated office space. The proposal includes 44 parking spaces, and one designated loading space.
A staff report and the draft Site Plan Agreement will be considered at a future Committee of the Whole meeting. Additional information relating to the Site Plan Approval (File No. SP14-2019) is available for review between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Development Team Office located at 5 Mill Street South, Port Hope.
