A Site Plan Application from the agent, Andrew Smith Building Design Inc. on behalf of the owner, Serghei lschenco for lands municipally known as 71 Toronto Road. A sign will also be posted on the lands subject to the proposed development.
The proposed new building is a 185.8m2 (1,999.9sq.ft.) single-storey wood frame structure that will be used as a denture clinic. The proposal includes 10 new parking spaces, one of which is a barrier-free parking space. There is currently an existing 100.7m2 one-storey building located on the property, which will be used as storage for the denture clinic.
A staff report and the draft Site Plan Agreement will be considered at a future Committee of the Whole meeting. Additional information relating to the Site Plan Approval (File No. SP04-2021) is available for review by email or by appointment between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Planning and Development Office located at 5 Mill Street South, Port Hope.
