Site Plan Approval - 5029 County Road 2
As part of the Municipality’s ongoing efforts to improve communication with the community, we are pleased to provide notice of a Site Plan Application from the owner Todd Kalisz for lands municipally known as 5029 County Road 2. A sign is also posted on the lands subject to the proposed development.
The application seeks approval for the development of a 928m2 (9,989sq.ft) addition to the existing building. The existing 238m2 , one-storey building (formerly Osland Farm Market) includes a retail area, storage area, heated honey storage room, two universal washrooms and an office. The proposed prefabricated, steel addition (21/2 storeys) is for warehousing storage and will contain two loading doors and an open storage mezzanine. The proposal includes 25 parking spaces, and one designated loading space.
A staff report and the draft Site Plan Agreement will be considered at a future Committee of the Whole meeting. Additional information relating to the Site Plan Approval (File No. SP13-2019) is available for review between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Planning and Development Office located at 5 Mill Street South, Port Hope.
