A Special Council Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at 5:00 p.m., via web conference. Council will then proceed in a closed session, in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O., c.25 in order to address matters pertaining to a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Section 239 (2)(c).
Council members will be considering potential land acquisitions and the surrounding discussion will be closed to the members of the public. In accordance with the Closed Meeting Policy, the Mayor will identify the outcome of the closed session publicly.
