Seeking Local Businesses to Participate in Silent Auction at Upcoming Local OHL Hockey Game
The Municipality of Port Hope Town Park Expansion Project Fundraising Committee is partnering with the Port Hope Panthers to host the Peterborough Petes’ first preseason home game on Monday, September 4, against long-time rival the Oshawa Generals at the Jack Burger Sports Complex.
These groups are looking for local business to participate in the silent auction, in support of the Town Park Recreation Expansion Project. The game is expected to draw around 1200 supporters. Participating businesses will be prominently featured in the lobby of the Jack Burger Sports Complex and on municipal screens. In addition, each program contains a thank you flyer listing contact details for these businesses.
A donation of a product or service from the business will go a long way in helping to fund this important project which will improve quality of life, engagement, and connection for seniors within your community. All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible. Your donation can be an item, a gift certificate, an invitation to share lunch with you or any unique experience. The only limitations are your imagination. Please note – donations may be packaged together to create auction items.
If you are interested in participating, please contact Kim Lauder by email or by phone at 905-885-8760 ext. 4111.
