Residents are advised that the Municipality of Port Hope has hired Port Britain Chemicals Inc., to control vegetation along guiderails on rural roadsides in the Municipality (rural area only).
The following pesticide will be used:
Finalsan Pro Commercial Concentrate PCP 30012, under the Pest Control Products Act (Canada)
Active ingredient: Ammonium Salt of Fatty Acid. No surfactants used.
The work will commence the week of May 15 to 29 and again August 1 to 31, 2023, weather permitting.
