Update 12:00 p.m. - Phone service has been restored at both Town Hall and the Joint Operations Centre (JOC).
Port Hope residents and businesses are advised that the phone lines at Town Hall (56 Queen Street) and the Joint Operations Centre (284 Victoria Street N.) are temporarily out of service. Staff are unable to take or make phone calls at this time. However, you can still leave a voicemail, which we’ll be able to receive and respond to asap. Alternatively, feel free to email us – all contact details can be found on our Contact Us webpage. As always, you're welcome to visit us in-person at Town Hall, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
A technician has been contacted to address the outage, and we will provide an update once the problem is resolved. Thank you for your understanding.
