On Tuesday, February 23, 2021, the Municipality is upgrading the wireless network at the Jack Burger Sports Complex (JBSC). While the upgrade is taking place, access to email, internet, payment systems, and phones will not be available in the building.
The network upgrade will impact online and over-the-phone operations at the facility. Programs for the pool and arena will continue to be offered; however, reservations for these programs must be completed by end of day on Monday, February 22.
Staff will check-in patrons for their reserved programs manually on-site. Phones will not be in service at the JBSC, but patrons can reach staff at the Town Park Recreation Centre by calling 905-885-7908 or by email for all customer inquiries, reservations, and registrations.
