The Municipality cordially invites members of the media and community to the groundbreaking ceremony of the Walton Street Reconstruction project. While the Walton Street project is well underway, this event marks the official kickoff of significant improvements and renovations in our community infrastructure.
When: Wednesday, May 8, at 11:00 AM.
Where: The ceremony will be held on Queen Street near the Walton Street closure area. Please consider parking at Town Hall and walking along Queen Street to attend the event or taking free transit downtown.
Details: Attendees will have the opportunity to hear directly from municipal leaders about the details and impacts of the Walton Street Reconstruction project. The event will provide insights into the planned enhancements and benefits this project will bring to the community.
Photo Opportunities: This event will serve as a visually engaging occasion, offering numerous photo opportunities as we “officially” break ground on this vital community project.
