At the Council meeting on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, Council considered the Draft Community Climate Action Plan. Council directed staff to publicly post the draft Plan for community review.
Once complete, this plan will lay the groundwork for greater emphasis on decarbonization, sustainable solutions, and strategies to help the community advance its climate action goals. The Plan incorporates significant community input in its development, highlighting the priorities and actions supported by the Port Hope community.
The Draft Plan is now posted on the project page for review. After reviewing the draft plan, submit your comments on the form by May 16, 2025.
