Stay cozy and safe at home this winter and celebrate local food at its best with Delicious Dates To Go, a prix fixe menu offer available at a range of local eateries for take-out or delivery.
“Amid the current challenges brought on by the global pandemic, this is another great opportunity to support our local restaurants and eateries,” explains Bob Sanderson, Mayor of the Municipality of Port Hope. “Many of our local businesses have done a tremendous job of pivoting their operations to support take-out and curbside options and I hope that, wherever possible, our residents are taking advantage of these opportunities.”
Working with businesses throughout the community, the Municipality hosts this annual event to bring to attention the variety and quality of Port Hope’s local restaurants, pubs, and cafes. Each eatery’s menu includes lunch or dinner offerings in a wide range of price points.
This year, Delicious Dates has partnered with Northumberland Delivers, a local food and goods delivery service, for added ease and convenience. Service charges may apply for home delivery.
Delicious Dates To Go runs from January 22 until February 7, 2021 at participating restaurants.
