Strategic Plan Update
CAO, David Smith gave a mid-year update to Council on the 2019 - 2022 Strategic Plan.
Local Board/Committee Appointment
Council Appointed Todd Attridge to the Waterfront and Riverwalk Working Group for a term expiring December 31, 2022.

The following are highlights from the Committee of the Whole Meeting.
Delegation – PHAI Port Hope Project Quarterly Update
Mark Hughey, General Manager, Historic Waste Program Management Office from Canadian Nuclear Laboratories provided a quarterly update to Council on the PHAI Project. This included progress to date on the following sites:
- Long-Term Waste Management Facility
- Waterfront Sites
- Highland Drive area Sites
- Small-Scale Sites
- Industrial Sites
- Port Granby Project
