Celebrate Culture Days with Free Activities
Culture Days is an annual cross-country celebration of arts and culture, that runs from September 20 through October 13, 2024. Each year, we are proud to host hands-on activities, events, and workshops, that allow our residents to discover and deepen their appreciation of arts, culture, and creativity. We want to build on last year’s success, when collectively over 500 communities across the county came together to host more than 2,000 events, drawing a record-breaking 4.4 million attendees—11% of Canada’s population.
This year, we encourage you to create, share and celebrate! We are proud to participate in Culture Days and are offering a variety of FREE workshops for children, youth, families, and adults. In Port Hope, you can check out jewelry making, clay creations, Zumba, line dancing, paint nights, baking workshops and much more! Don’t miss out on the fun, learn more at porthope.ca/seasonal-activities.
