Residents are advised that the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) has scheduled a Case Management Conference date for Part 2 of the Phase 5 Lakeside Village / Mason Homes development (case number OLT-22-003126). The Case Management Conference date is Wednesday, June 22, 2022.
Please note that this is not a hearing date. The Case Management Conference is a
pre-merit hearing, which provides the Tribunal Member an opportunity to broadly review the depth and breadth of the matter and determine the number of days to be set aside for a future hearing date.
