Residents are advised that access to the west entrance of Town Hall (the rear door) will be limited on the morning of Friday, December 17. A tree service specialist will be on site removing the large spruce tree located between the public washrooms and the rear of the building. The health of the tree has been assessed professionally and unfortunately, has been deemed unsafe due to rot. It is being removed to protect the public and the property and staff will soon be exploring replanting options. During the arborist work, Town Hall can be accessed through the front doors on the east side of the building. If you require an accessible entrance to Town Hall during the interruption, please contact us at 905-885-4544 and staff will make accommodations.
