The Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) held a Case Management Conference (CMC) for Part 2 of the Phase 5 Lakeside Village / Mason Homes development (case number OLT-22-003126) on Wednesday, June 22, 2022.
A continuation of the CMC will take place on July 27, 2022, commencing at 10:00 a.m. It will be held by videoconference and is managed by the OLT.
Ontario Land Tribunal Hearing Dates for Phase 5 Lakeside Village / Mason Homes
Hearing dates for Phase 5 Lakeside Village / Mason Homes have been scheduled to commence on August 28, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. until September 15, 2023, except for September 4, September 11, and September 12, 2023, on which the Tribunal will not be sitting. There are 12 hearing dates in total.
More information about the hearing will be provided closer to the scheduled dates.
