Please be advised that Elgin Street North (from Croft Street to College Street) is closed on January 13, 2025, as we address a watermain break in the area. Local traffic will have access to their properties but please avoid the area, if possible.
Some customers may experience lower water pressure, and localized water shut-offs may be necessary to complete repairs. Crews are notifying residents door-to-door and are on-site working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We anticipate the work to be completed, and the road re-opened, by 6:00 p.m.
