Community Entrance Signs

The Municipality of Port Hope has municipally managed sign posts located at three separate entrances into town (on Hwy 2, Toronto Rd., and Ontario St.). At any one time, these posts can hold three different oval signs announcing community events.

The oval signs can be ordered for set-up no earlier than three weeks prior to the start of the event. They must be up for a minimum of two weeks.

Please note: submitting this order form is a request only and does not guarantee that you will be permitted to have a sign created and displayed. You will hear back from the Municipality as to whether your sign is approved for installation within 5 business days from submission.

The community entrance signs follow the below details: Size: 18" x 68" Colour: Burgundy & white Substrate: 3mm white coroplast  The entrance event signs can contain 2-3 short lines of text. The fewer lines and the shorter the message, the more visible your message will be.

You will be invoiced for this fee separately.
