Strachan Street Partial Road Closure

Residents are advised that a small portion of Strachan Street (adjacent to the Lion Centre) will be closed beginning Monday, June 14, 2021, and will remain closed for a period of three months. Port Hope Area Initiative (PHAI) fieldwork will be conducted in the area to remove waste from the Strachan Street ravine. Access to Strachan Street is still available to the east and the west of the closure.

Transition to New Agendas and Minutes Software

We are pleased to announce that we are changing providers for our Council agendas and minutes management software. The new site is scheduled to launch on Friday, June 4, 2021, and the content will be available on the Agendas and Minutes page.
We are working on the migration of documents to the new service provider, and ensuring that our by-laws, agendas, and minutes meet accessibility standards, before adding them back into digital circulation.

Dog Park Access Impact

Residents are advised that vehicle access to the Dog Park off of Baulch Road will be temporarily closed on Thursday, May 27, 2021, for road maintenance.
The Dog Park remains open while the road work is taking place.
