A Special Council Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in the Committee Room at Town Hall, 56 Queen Street, Port Hope.

Overnight Snow Removal

Residents and business owners are advised that Municipal road crews will be operating in the downtown core on Thursday, January 22, 2026, to remove snow overnight and into the morning of Friday, January 23. This timeline has been identified to gain full access of the roadways while vehicles are off of the road, traffic is light, and the equipment can move freely to access the areas that require snow removal.

The 2026 Mayor’s Budget is now available for public review on the Budget Engagement webpage at engage.porthope.ca/2026-budget.
