Join the Ganaraska Region Conservation Authority's Fisheries Biologist at this fun and educational event learning how to fish. You'll walk away knowing how to rig, bait and cast a fishing rod, identify local fish species, and fish safely and sustainably. If participants have their own fishing gear, please bring it; otherwise, equipment can be borrowed thorugh the OFAH TackleShare Program on-site. Bait will be provided, as well as fishing licenses to take part in the program. Please bring a lifejacket, sunscreen, and a smile! $15 per participant. Pre-registration is required by calling 905-885-8173.
