The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for receiving and addressing public inquiry by phone and in person regarding services provided by the Municipality of Port Hope; and providing related administrative and clerical support to the public and the respective departments.

Shall be assigned on a rotational basis to various Municipality of Port Hope departments for terms of 3 to 6 months. As required shall be assigned with short notice to a department, for short or longer term, to cover for absences or work assignments requiring additional staff
